Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking number; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
